B. Tech.

Eligibility : A pass in 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Computer Science with proficiency in English.

Admission will be based on All India Rank (Overall) of AIEEE – 2011.

M. Tech. in Computer Science&Engineering

Eligibility : B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.C.A. or an equivalent Degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English

M.Tech in Nano Science & Technology

Eligibility : BE/B.Tech in ME/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Computer Science & Engg. or M.Sc Physics/Chemistry (with Mathematics up to at least Bachelor’s level) with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English

M. Tech in Nuclear Science and Technology

Eligibility : BE/B.Tech in ME/ Electrical/ Electonics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Civil/ industrial/ Metallurgical Engg or M.Sc Physics/Chemistry with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English.

M.Tech in Renewable Energy Engineering

Eligibility : BE/B.Tech in ME/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical or M.Sc Physics/ Chemistry (with Mathematics up to at least Bachelor’s level) with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English.

M. Tech. in Signal Processing

Eligibility : B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or an equivalent Degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English.

M. Tech. in VLSI Design

Eligibility : B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or an equivalent Degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English.

Note: All Students admitted to M.Tech. programmes will be offered a stipend of Rs.8,000/- p.m.

Post Graduate Courses (Master of Computer Application)

Eligibility : Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics at least up to 10+2 level. Admission will be based on performance in institute’s M.C.A. Entrance Test / any State level Entrance Test.

Ph. D (All Disciplines)

Eligibility : Master’s degree in Engineering/ Technology or its equivalent with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 5.5 on a 10-point scale or equivalent as determined by the institute. Admission will be through Written Test and Interview.

Scholarship (JRF) : Rs. 8,000/- per month to all.
Scholarship (SRF) : Rs. 10,000/- per month to all.
Disciplines (Engineering) : Computer Science & Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Disciplines (Science & Humanities) : Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English.
